Our Story
For the past ten years, Satopia has been hosting experiences in partnership with foundations and organisations that give back to local communities and global initiatives. We believe courage is contagious. When people with purpose come together, they inspire each other to imagine new possibilities and create lasting rights for future generations. At Elkemist, we create opportunities to make that kind of impact real — through presence, alignment, and shared intention.
In 2025 Satopia officially launed Elkemist with the goal to connect people from around the world through their shared values, love of travel, and commitment to positive global transformation. There is a spark in every person that can change the world. Elkemist ignites those sparks and transforms individual dreams into positive change for humanity and the planet.

The Elkemist Impact Fund is a dedicated giving platform designed to connect philanthropic individuals with high-integrity foundations creating meaningful impact around the world. Managed by Satopia Group, the fund ensures that 100% of all donations are distributed directly to our foundation partners each year as part of our annual Elkemist gathering.
At Elkemist, we define philanthropists not by title, but by intention. Our community is made up of individuals who are ready to contribute their time, resources, and relationships to those doing the work — people who believe in shared responsibility and who seek to walk alongside those driving change on the ground.
Each foundation we partner with is carefully vetted for trust, transparency, and alignment with our values — from justice and human rights to environmental regeneration and community wellbeing. We prioritise those operating with courage, integrity, and a long-term commitment to systemic change.
Through Satopia’s Impact Travel Experiences, we offer our community opportunities to journey to the regions where these foundations operate — to witness the work firsthand, deepen understanding, and experience the human impact of their contribution.
